Do I need to make a reservation?
As of April 25, 2026, reservations for recreational swimming are mandatory.
Can I buy a ticket online?
Yes, tickets are available for online purchase via our website. Buy your your online tickets here. Online payment is possible via iDeal, Wero, and Bancontact. As of April 25, access to recreational swimming is only possible with a ticket purchased online via the website.
Can I buy a ticket at the ticket counter?
As of 25 April payments at the counter by card or cash are no longer possible for recreational swimming.
Do you offer refunds for early departure from the pool?
No, we do not offer refunds for visitors leaving the pool early, regardless of the reason. This also applies during bad weather, such as thunderstorms, or when we have reached our maximum visitor capacity and have to temporarily close access. We advise visitors to check the weather forecast in advance and to take potential crowds into account, especially on warm days.
Can I pay by debit card or cash?
No, as of April 25, payments by card or cash are no longer possible at the cashier for recreational swimming.
Do I also have to pay an entrance fee if I'm not going swimming?
Yes, even if you're not going to swim, you still pay an entrance fee. You are not required to wear swimwear, but you do have to wear flip-flops or walk barefoot in the pool area.
Can I use the indoor pool and the outdoor pool with one ticket?
With one ticket, you can use all the facilities that are open at that time. If the outdoor pool is open, you can swim both indoors and outdoors. Check our website for current opening hours.
Is there always room or can it also be full?
If we can no longer guarantee the safety of our guests, we are forced to temporarily close our doors. As soon as it is less crowded, we can let people in again.
Can I use a 10-bath card with several people?
We no longer sell 10-visit passes. At the cashier, we sell 12-visit passes for recreational swimming as a subscription. These are also available for purchase online. The old blue 10-visit passes are no longer valid.
Can I leave the pool in between?
If you leave the swimming pool, your entry ticket becomes invalid, and you will need to order a new ticket online if that's possible.

Facilities
Is the outdoor pool open?
The outdoor pool is open from April 25th. The outdoor pool is open when the weather rating is at least 7 and the temperature is at least 21 degrees. For the current opening hours of the outdoor pool, please check the homepage of our website. On the yellow bar, you can see on the day itself what time the outdoor pool is open or will be opening soon.
Do you sell food and drinks?
We have a restaurant where you can buy sandwiches, fries, snacks, ice cream, drinks, and candy. Food items can be ordered via QR code, and ice cream and drinks can still be paid for by card or cash in the restaurant area.
Do you have lockers?
We have lockers in the changing rooms for clothing and bags. There are also small lockers on our upper terrace for keys, phones, or documents. We sell blue coins for the lockers online for €0.50. You can order these along with your online ticket purchase and you will receive them at our reception. These cannot be exchanged afterwards. Euro coins still fit in the lockers, but it is no longer possible to pay extra euro coins by card at the cashier.
Do you have facilities for wheelchair users?
We have a toilet for wheelchair users in the entrance hall and in our changing room. There is no elevator to enter the swimming pool, but there is a wide staircase with a railing that provides access to the 25-meter indoor pool and the 50-meter outdoor pool. We also have a shower wheelchair.
What is the temperature of the water in the indoor pool?
The water in all indoor pools has a temperature of 29.5 degrees.
What is the temperature of the water in the outdoor pool?
The outdoor pools are not heated, but as the summer season progresses, the water will naturally become warmer.
Do you have sun loungers or sun beds?
We do not have sun loungers or sun beds. You may bring your own (if foldable) to use on the lawn or on the terrace at our outdoor pools. Our terraces (indoor and outdoor) are equipped with tables and chairs that you can use, if they are not already occupied by other guests.
Do you have parasols outside?
We have parasols on our terraces that you can use, as long as they are not already in use by other guests. You can also bring your own parasol.
Do you have parking facilities?
You can park for free at the swimming pool, in the designated parking spaces at P1, P2 and P3. Parking on the bus lane is prohibited!
Do you have playpens, kids chairs and changing tables?
We have playpens and kids chairs in our catering facilities. There are changing tables in the special baby changing rooms.
Is it possible to swimming laps?
Yes, that is possible. We have scheduled a couple of hours each week to swimming laps. Please check the current schedule on our website for all times. Besides this, it is possible to swimming laps during regular opening hours when it is quiet enough.
Allowed / mandatory
Is it allowed to bring my own food and drinks?
Yes, you can bring your own food and drinks, but these may not be consumed on the terrace tables or in the restaurant.
Are alcohol, drugs or drugs allowed?
None of these are allowed at Mosaqua, the security and our employees may check your bags at the entrance.
Is it allowed to film or take photos?
Taking photos or filming is only allowed with the permission of those who appear in the photo or film.
Can we bring our own cool box?
Yes, it is allowed to bring your own cool boxes inside.
Can I bring my pram inside?
No, prams are not allowed in the indoor pool. You can park them (unattended) in the entrance hall at the cash register. We have baby boxes and high chairs on our terraces that you can use in the indoor area.
Can we bring our own parasols and sunbeds?
Yes, when the outside pool is open, you can bring your own parasols and foldable sunbeds.
Are floats mandatory for children?
Floats such as corks, water wings and life jackets are mandatory for children and adults who do not have a swim certificate or are not sufficiently skilled at swimming. If in doubt, our supervisor will ask you and your child to do a swimming test, so that our supervisor is able to determine whether you or your child is able to swim or not. Having a swimming certificate is not a guarantee that someone is sufficiently skilled at swimming.
Can my child enter the water alone without a certificate and a float?
No, for every child who does not have a swim certificate, a parent must enter the water with them, and always stay at an arm's length distance (even if the child is wearing a float).
Are you allowed to go into the deep end with floats?
With floats, you are only allowed to swim in the shallow pools (indoor and outdoor) and in the shallow part of the 25-metre pool (indoor) and the 50-metre pool (outdoor). The white-water rapid, the large outdoor slide and the deep parts of the pools are not accessible for people with floats.
Are you required to wear swimwear?
Wearing swimwear is only required if you are going to swim.
If you are not going swim, you may be dressed normally. But, always barefoot, with clean slippers or overshoes (available at the reception). It is not allowed to wear shoes in the pool area.
Can I wear a burkini?
Yes, it is allowed to wear a burkini.
Can I wear swimming shorts?
Yes, you are allowed to wear swimming shorts.
Can I use an air mattress in the outdoor pool?
This is allowed only with the permission of the supervisor (not when it is very busy), and only in the shallow parts of the pools.
Is a swimming cap required?
No, a swimming cap is not required.
Can I bring my dog to the pool?
No, it is not allowed to bring your dog to the pool.
Selling Swimming Equipment
Do you sell floats?
We sell armbands for €6.20 per set and baby floats for €10.35 each. These can be ordered online along with the online ticket and are also sold at Mosaqua.
Do you sell swimwear?
In the entrance hall of our swimming pool there is a vending machine with swimwear for adults and children. We cannot guarantee that the products are always in stock.
Do you sell towels?
In the entrance hall of our swimming pool there is a vending machine with towels. We cannot guarantee that the products are always in stock.
Do you sell swimming diapers?
In the entrance hall of our swimming pool there is a vending machine with swimming diapers.
Do you sell diving goggles?
In the entrance hall of our swimming pool there is a vending machine with diving goggles.
Do you sell overshoes?
Overshoes can be purchased at the cash register for €0.50 per pair.
Do you sell swimming caps?
There is a vending machine with swimming caps in the entrance hall of our swimming pool
